Tearms of Service
1. Payment / Refund / Cancelation.
1.1 i, an executor, only receive payments in USD via paypal
1.2 executor will send a commissioner an invoice of 75% of full price as soon as the sketch has been approved. if requested, could be paid 100% upfront.
NOTE: 1.2 excludes sketch commissions. for them the commissioner pays 100% upfront.
1.3 executor provides no refunds with exception when an executor cancels commission due to communication issues/personal reasons, refunding up to 50% of received amount.
1.4 If the commission went cancelled mid way by commissioner they will receive the commission in a state it was at the time of cancellation.
1.5 executor reserves a right to cancel commission on any stage. for refunds check 1.3
2. Copyright policy / Distribution
2.1 all the prices listed in commission sheet below are for personal commision only. it also means any work completed by the executor will remain under their possession and copyright. the executor reserves a right to use your commission in showcases and portfolio, post on their social media etc.
2.2 commissioner reserves a right to share and use commision work in any non-profitable way, including printing for personal use.
2.3 commissioner is prohibited from selling or redistributing commissioned work/alter, making deviations, or references without proper permission(see 2.4)/sell or give away the artwork (if the character is sold or given away).
2.4 commissioned work distribution / copyright signing over requires a signed contract.
2.5 my fav colour is magenta pink/red.
3. Revisions and Pipeline
3.1 executor's pipeline(working process) includes next steps: executor-commissioner discussion > idea brainstorming sketching > detailed sketch for commissioner approval > pricing discussion > invoice (75%/100%) > WIP updates (includes up to 1 revision per update without charges) > final result showcase > invoice (25%/tips) > full resolution .png/.pdf on commissioner's e-mail.
3.2 commissioner is requested to provide a detailed description and best possible resolution references. a higher amount of references, including a raw sketch of desired commision look will only improve the quality and satisfaction from commissioned piece.
3.2.1 in case of character design: inspiration, details and concept should be clear and consistent.
3.3 as mentioned in 3.1 default pipeline includes 1 revision per update without charge, any further revisions will increase a cost of $10 per revisions. the executor reserves a right to refuse a revision without additional charges if revision is made on the final step of the commision.
3.4 executor is not obliged to deliver a finished piece in a set amount of time unless a deadline was set. deadlined commision work will cost extra and obligate the commissioner to set a deadline exceeding 4 weeks, otherwise an executor reserves a right to refuse a commission.4. Extra
4.1 executor provides digital products only. if a commissioner desires to print a commissioned work, the executor may provide a print-ready .pdf/.psd merged file based on commissioner's printhouse standards for a fee.
4.2 executor WON'T do NFT or AI fixes.
4.3 commissioner receives a discount equal his monthly donation to Ukrainian funds, up to 50% of the final price.executor's DOs:
- original characters (including DnD/MMO characters)
- humans and non-humans
- furry / anthro (low experience)
- character design /reference sheets (price negotiable)
- comic (price negotiable)
- icons / emotes / bannersexecutor's MAYs (for extra fee/ negotiable price):
- NSFW
- high detailed clothing (ex. Genshin Impact character)
- mimic certain stylesexecutor's DON'Ts:
- proships
- suggestive art of minors/kids art
- mecha/cars
- disrespectful/hateful content
